Será un momento especial para honrar su vida, recordar su legado de compasión y servicio, y compartir recuerdos junto a familiares y amigos.
A través de cada palabra, abrazo y oración, celebraremos la huella que Allen dejó en quienes tuvieron el privilegio de conocerlo.

With deep respect and heartfelt sympathy, we join the family of Allen Odell Mejia, who peacefully rested in the Lord on September 20, 2025.
You are warmly invited to a Celebration of Life Service on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., at the Keene Spanish Seventh-day Adventist Church.
This gathering will be a special time to honor his life, remember his legacy of compassion and service, and share cherished memories with family and friends.
Through every word, embrace, and prayer, we will celebrate the lasting impact Allen made on those who knew him.
We deeply appreciate your love, prayers, and support during this time of remembrance.

Allen Odell Mejía, de 63 años, falleció el 20 de septiembre de 2025 en el Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital en Fort Worth, Texas.
Allen nació el 27 de abril de 1962 en Massachusetts. Se dedicó a la enfermería y obtuvo su certificación como Enfermero Práctico Licenciado (LPN) en el Hospital John Peter Smith. A lo largo de su carrera, se entregó al cuidado de los demás, trabajando en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital Huguley Memorial en Burleson, Texas. Su profunda compasión y compromiso con el servicio lo llevaron más adelante a trabajar en hospicio, donde brindó consuelo y apoyo a pacientes y familias en los momentos más difíciles.
Allen estableció su hogar en Keene, Texas, donde fue un miembro devoto de la Iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día Hispana de Keene. Su fe fue la piedra angular de su vida, le dio fortaleza y lo rodeó de una comunidad cercana de amigos.
Es recordado con amor por sus hermanas Cindi, Willie y Jeannie.

Allen Odell Mejía, 63, passed away on September 20, 2025, at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas.
Allen was born on April 27, 1962, in Massachusetts. He pursued a career in nursing and earned his Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification at John Peter Smith Hospital. Throughout his career, he devoted himself to caring for others, serving in the Intensive Care Unit at Huguley Memorial Hospital in Burleson, Texas. His deep compassion and commitment to service later led him to hospice care, where he provided comfort and support to patients and families during their most challenging moments.
Allen made his home in Keene, Texas, where he was a devoted member of the Keene Spanish Seventh-day Adventist Church. His faith was the cornerstone of his life, offering him strength and surrounding him with a close-knit community of friends.
He is lovingly remembered by his sisters, Cindi, Willie, and Jeannie.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Onesimo Neri and Tomasita; his brother, Ronnie; and his brother, Norman, who passed away six days later.
Allen’s gentle spirit, quiet strength, and unwavering dedication to others will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May his memory bring comfort and peace to those who mourn his loss.
